These General Conditions regulate the contracting of services, activities, reservations, workshops, products and experiences offered by La Pintoràmica through the website. https://lapintoramica.com.
The contracting of any service or product implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions.

2. Object
These conditions regulate the reservation, participation and purchase of services and products related to the La Pintoràmica ceramic painting and decoration workshops, including:
- Individual ceramic painting sessions
- Workshops and creative activities
- Experiences for groups and companies
- Private events
- Gift vouchers
- Products or items available in the online store
3. Description of services
La Pintoràmica offers creative ceramic decoration experiences in its spaces in Barcelona, open to people of all ages and levels.
The sessions may include, depending on the service contracted:
- Use of the space during the reserved time
- A piece of ceramic depending on availability
- Paints, enamels, brushes and materials
- Support and guidance during the activity
- Glazing and firing in a ceramic oven
- Preparing the piece for collection
The specific description, duration, price and content of each activity will be displayed on the website or during the booking process.
4. Reservation and hiring process
Reservations can be made through the website, authorized reservation platforms or in person at La Pintoràmica spaces.
To make a reservation, the user must:
- Select the session, available date and time
- Provide the required data
- Accept these General Conditions
- Make the corresponding payment, if applicable.
The reservation will be considered confirmed once the confirmation email is received or the corresponding payment is validated.
5. Prices
All prices shown on the website are expressed in euros (€) and do not include applicable taxes.
The price of the sessions may vary depending on:
- The chosen ceramic piece
- The duration of the activity
- The hired extras
- The type of event or group
La Pintoràmica reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting reservations already confirmed.
6. Payment methods
Payments can be made through:
- Bank card
- Electronic payment gateways
- Other systems enabled on the website
- Payment in person, when possible
La Pintoràmica uses secure payment platforms and does not store users' complete banking details.
7. Cancellation and modification policy
7.1. Individual reservations
Cancellations or changes to reservations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
When cancellation is communicated within this period, the user will be able to:
- Change the reservation date according to availability
- Receive a voucher or equivalent credit to use later
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, will not entitle you to a refund of the amount paid.
7.2. Private groups and events
Reservations for groups, companies or private events may be subject to specific conditions, advance payments or particular cancellation policies that will be communicated prior to booking.
7.3. Cancellation by La Pintoràmica
La Pintoràmica reserves the right to cancel or modify an activity for organizational, technical, force majeure or lack of participants reasons.
In these cases, a new date, an equivalent voucher or a refund of the amount paid will be offered.
8. Punctuality
Punctuality is important to guarantee the correct development of activities.
In the event of a significant delay, La Pintoràmica reserves the right to reduce the effective time of the session without the right to a refund or extension of the reserved time.
9. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal will not apply when the contracted services are related to leisure activities with a specific execution date or period.
It will also not be applicable to products customized or created specifically by the user.
10. Gift vouchers
Gift certificates or vouchers purchased at La Pintoràmica will have the validity indicated at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated:
- They will not be refundable in cash.
- They may be transferable to third parties.
- They can be used in one or more reservations until the balance is exhausted.
11. Online store and shipping
Products available in the online store will be subject to availability.
The shipping times shown on the website are indicative and may vary for logistical reasons or reasons beyond La Pintoràmica's control.
In the event that a product arrives defective or damaged during transport, the user must communicate this as soon as possible via the contact email.
Returns of personalized or specifically made-to-order products will not be accepted, except in the event of a defect or error attributable to La Pintoràmica.
12. Collecting parts
The pieces painted by the participants require a drying, glazing and firing process.
The approximate collection period is approximately 3 days, although it may vary depending on the volume of work, technical processes or production incidents.
La Pintoràmica will inform the user when the piece is available for collection.
The pieces must be collected within a reasonable time.
La Pintoràmica reserves the right not to keep abandoned or uncollected pieces after a period exceeding 30 days from notification of availability.
13. Handcrafted pieces and limitation of liability
The pieces worked at La Pintoràmica are handcrafted objects subjected to manual and thermal processes.
Despite applying appropriate quality protocols, there may be small variations, textures, changes in tone or incidents inherent to the artisanal ceramic process.
In exceptional cases, a piece may suffer damage during the firing or technical process. When this happens and is attributable to La Pintoràmica's internal process, the following may be offered, depending on each case:
- The repetition of the activity
- A new piece
- An equivalent voucher
No liability will be accepted for damages resulting from improper use of the parts after delivery.
14. Participation rules
Participants undertake to make respectful use of the facilities, materials and equipment.
La Pintoràmica reserves the right of admission or expulsion in cases of:
- Disrespectful or aggressive behavior
- Intentional damage to material or facilities
- Situations that affect the normal development of the activity
Minors must be under the supervision of a responsible adult when necessary.
Responsible adults will be held accountable for the actions of minors in their care.
15. Health, allergies and safety
Participants must inform in advance about possible allergies, sensitivities or special needs related to the materials used during the activity.
La Pintoràmica will not be responsible for reactions arising from medical conditions not previously communicated.
16. Images and social networks
During some activities, photographs or videos may be taken for promotional, advertising or communication purposes of La Pintoràmica.
If the user does not wish to appear in these images, they can communicate this previously to the La Pintoràmica team.
17. Intellectual property
All contents of the website, including texts, images, brands, logos, designs and graphic materials, are the property of La Pintoràmica or its corresponding owners and are protected by current intellectual and industrial property regulations.
Reproduction, distribution or unauthorized use is not permitted without prior written consent.
18. Data protection
The personal data provided during the reservation, purchase or contact process will be treated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable regulations.

The data will be processed for the purpose of managing reservations, purchases, inquiries, commercial communications and the contractual relationship with users.

19. Responsibility
La Pintoràmica will not be responsible for any damages or losses arising from:
- Service interruptions due to technical reasons or force majeure
- Errors outside your organization
- Inappropriate use of facilities or products
- Loss, theft or damage to participants' personal belongings

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish legislation.
In case of conflict or controversy, the parties will submit to the competent courts and tribunals according to the applicable consumer and user regulations.
When the regulations allow it, the parties will submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona.
