Here it is advisable to prioritize <strong>smooth enameled surface<\/strong> for durability and cleanliness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Edge<\/strong> = occasional contact with mouth and hands. You can decorate it without fear if the system is baked correctly; however, I avoid \u201coverloading\u201d the edge with micro-reliefs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stroke &amp; Coat, underglaze and markers: real differences in dishes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Stroke &amp; Coat\u00ae (High Color)<\/strong>: uniform and gentle coverage; consequently, it works for <strong>color blocks<\/strong>, wet gradients and overlapping details. With 2\u20133 thin layers it remains solid and, once glazed, integrates properly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Colored underglaze\/englazes<\/strong>: matt appearance before glazing and high controllability for flat layers, <strong>graffiti<\/strong> and fine drawing; after the glaze, the colors are vivid and stable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ceramic pencils\/markers<\/strong>: indicated for fine lines, texts and signatures; therefore, <strong>are applied before the enamel<\/strong> so that they are sealed and the surface is completely smooth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Food grade: when clear enamel is required<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Generally, when the dish <strong>will be used with food<\/strong>, <strong>clear enamel is needed<\/strong> that encapsulates the color and generates a surface <strong>continuous and vitrified<\/strong>.
